Probleme encodage mkv en x264

Bonjour.
Je reviens sur m4ng pour besoin de convertir un MKV en incrustant la piste sous titre.
Je choisi x264, standard...
- premier problème: sur le fichier encodé je n'ai ni son, ni sous titre.
En mode "prévisualisation " ceux ci apparaisse uniquement avec l'option "MPC-HC" activée.
- second problème: la résolution de la vidéo n'est pas conforme au fichier source. Cela me sort un genre de 2.35 resserré dans un 4/3. Pourtant en mode prévisualisation la résolution est conforme
- troisième problème. Lors de l'encodage en x264 le fichier source est ilisible par vlc, l'image se fige et saccade comme si le débit était énorme. Pourtant le debit est raisonnable et mon système lit très bien l'AVC.
Merci de m'aiguiller! J'aimerais tellement trouver la solution.
